Information you provide
Big JV Transport uses contact and shipment information from quote or sponsorship forms to review requests and communicate with you. Job applications are used for hiring review. Submitting a business inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Public community
Community display names, self-selected roles, discussions, replies, and chat messages are public. Your account email is not displayed in the community. Profiles and posts are stored to operate the community. Reports and suspensions are available to the owner for moderation. Removed content is hidden from public view and may be retained for moderation and abuse prevention. Joining the community does not grant access to the private team workspace. You can change your profile, remove your posts, or contact us about your information.
Team workspace
Approved members use sign-in services to access the workspace. Necessary sign-in and form-security cookies support these functions. Loads, payroll, membership records, and messages are stored to operate the business. Published announcements trigger email notices. Members may save their mobile number and consent to announcement texts under My alerts; SMS sending requires a configured provider. Text opt-in is optional and can be turned off. Private message email alerts contain a notice and a sign-in link rather than message text. Authorized office staff can send business email through our sending provider. The site records the sender, recipient, subject, operator, submission time, and sending status; message content is processed by the email provider. Replies are handled in our IONOS mailboxes.
Basic site measurements
On public pages, the site records the page path, visit time, referring website hostname, a random tab-session identifier, and clicks on call, text, application, and quote links. Click measurements record only the action type and page, not the phone number or link query string. The identifier is stored in your browser’s session storage and helps estimate visits; it does not identify a person. The custom tracker does not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, or page query strings. It skips tracking when your browser reports Do Not Track. Counts can include repeat visits and unidentified automated traffic.
Service providers and advertising
Website hosting, authentication, storage, and email providers process information needed to operate these services and may maintain their own operational logs. Basic measurements are separate from advertising tracking. Google ads are not currently enabled. If Google ads are enabled later, this notice and applicable consent controls will need updating to describe those advertising services. Paid sponsorships will be labeled.
Access and contact
Freight and carrier packet inquiries, assigned contacts, internal notes, and follow-up dates are available to the owner and approved dispatchers. Sponsorship and job listing inquiries and the traffic dashboard are restricted to the owner. If you have a question about your information or want to request a correction or deletion, email info@bigjvtransport.com. Business and applicant records may need to be retained for operational or recordkeeping purposes.
