No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, or targeted abuse. Disagree with ideas without attacking people.

Protect privacy

Posts and lounge messages are public. Do not share passwords, banking details, identification documents, private customer information, or someone else’s contact information without permission.

Share responsibly

No scams, spam, repeated promotional posts, illegal offers, or instructions encouraging unsafe driving. Member roles and statements are self-reported, not verified professional qualifications. Check important business and safety information independently.

Use the right topic

Choose General, Truckers, Dispatch, or Everyday life. Start a discussion for a question people may return to, or use Live chat for casual conversation. Use the community only when safely parked or off duty.

Report a problem

Signed-in community members can report a post or message. Big JV can hide content and suspend community access. Reports are reviewed by the owner; this is not an emergency service.

Your account and content

You can change your community profile and remove your own posts. Removed content is hidden from public view and may be retained for moderation. Community membership is separate from private team access.
